picture of me from outerspace

Well, yes you probably can’t see me, I’m the one near the top of the picture in the back.  No?  Well anywho this timelapse photo series is from NASA’s (Well who else), Deep Impact/ Epoxi space probe. These photos were taken from 31 million miles away. Nice huh?  >Insert Voice Over of Stardate here< I gotta say, it’s still the prettiest house on the block don’t you think? Oh yeah, and that’s the moon you see in orbit at the 0600 hr mark.

Here’s a better snapshot. In this shot I’m the one waving on the left. Deep Impact/EPOXI’s goal is to meet up with Comet Hartley 2 for some ice coffee and rocks on November 4, 2010.  Visit the NASA site for more details.
